Area Head · Summer 2027

Description

A senior leadership role supervising staff teams or clusters of activities—Birchmont says its Area Heads are typically teachers or coaches in the off-season.

Birchmont describes Area Heads as roles that go beyond a camp counselor, typically including supervision of teams of staff or clusters of program activities. The camp says its Area Heads are typically teachers or coaches during the rest of the year, and that many are parents who enroll their own children at camp, though that is not required. Experienced candidates looking to step up in their camp careers are invited to apply. Pay and exact dates are not listed.
