Description
Camp OTX in the Texas Hill Country is recruiting its full Team OTX 2027 staff across five two-week and eight one-week sessions of faith-based camp programming. Teachers looking for a structured, multi-session summer role with built-in training and bonuses will find this a natural seasonal fit.
Camp OTX, the self-described premier Texas Hill Country summer camp located near Bandera, is actively recruiting nearly 300 summer staff for its 2027 season across five two-week and eight one-week camper sessions. Staff attend a 10-day May orientation before leading activities, supervising cabins, and running the camp's faith-based programming for kids ages 6–17. First-year staff must commit to at least three sessions, and the camp offers free room and board, a $225 orientation stipend, and completion bonuses that grow with the number of sessions worked. The role suits teachers seeking a multi-week commitment with built-in training, similar to running a classroom routine with a rotating group of students. Applicants should confirm current pay rates, specific session dates, and opening availability directly with Camp OTX.
