Join Camp Sea Gull as an Overnight Camp Counselor, where you'll dedicate your summer to providing a quality program experience. This role is perfect for energetic individuals who enjoy building relationships and personal confidence in children.
As a counselor, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to delivering an inclusive and challenging program for campers. The role requires patience, flexibility, and endurance, as you will work long hours and need to maintain high energy levels. Experience working with children or in leadership training programs is preferred. All new staff are required to attend Staff Training Week.
