Miles River Yacht Club needs a Director to run its eight-week 2027 Junior Sailing Camp, supervising instructors and curriculum for roughly 70 students a week. Miles River Yacht Club on Maryland's Chesapeake Bay is hiring a Director for its Summer 2027 sailing camp, one of the larger junior sailing programs in the region with about 70 students per week, 50 club-owned boats, and 15 instructors. The Director hires and trains instructors, builds curriculum and lesson plans, tracks student progress, organizes regatta travel, and serves as the primary point of contact for families, paralleling the planning and people-management work of a school program coordinator.
