The Lead for Product Sales and Service is part of the Product Sales & Services (PSS) Department, delivering an Experience of a Lifetime by providing exceptional guest service and possessing knowledge and leadership skills to work collaboratively with the team as well as leadership in the sale of tickets, passes, ski and snowboard lessons, activities, childcare, and more. Responsibilities include: Model exceptional guest service by creating meaningful, personalized interactions and consistently bringing Vail Resorts’ commitment to Epic Service to life; Serve as the on-floor operational leader and trusted expert across all PSS lines of business—including tickets, passes, Ski & Ride School, activities, and greeter functions—ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.; Inspire and coach the team to consistently reflect the resort brand and culture across every stage of the guest journey—from purchase to wayfinding to departure.; Lead daily operations with presence and accountability, including opening and closing procedures, real-time decision-making, break coordination, and service flow oversight.
