Responsible for the safe operation of resort lifts, Lift Operations Team Leaders are courteous and efficient guest service champions with a proven ability to lead. This position serves as the primary frontline leader for Lift Operators and Scanners, providing coaching, training, direction, and support while maintaining operational excellence. The Assistant Managers plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive team environment. Responsibilities: Daily Operations Lead daily lift operations within assigned areas. Coordinate staffing assignments and support scheduling needs. Oversee opening, operating, and closing procedures for assigned lifts. Ensure operational readiness throughout the day. Employee Leadership Supervise, coach, and support Lift Operators and Scanners.
