Responsibilities: Oversee daily instruction at Ski and Ride School including curriculum development, scheduling, and assigning classes providing support & feedback with instruction as needed Assist with administrative duties including hiring, scheduling, training, payroll, managing equipment inventory and reporting on guest feedback Monitor and document instructor performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction, including recognition, correction action, or escalation if necessary Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies Adhere to all safety related programs including policy training and incident reporting Coordinate with other management, departments, and third-party organizations as needed…
