Responsible for providing high-end customer service and store support. Assistant Store Manager directly oversees all aspects of operations and day-to-day routine work of rental and retail associates in store. Responsible for maintaining business standards and has increased decision-making authority. Assistant Store Manager acts as a knowledgeable representative of our brand and drives culture inside our rental and retail stores. Fulfills day-to-day work responsibilities for the organization as needed. Responsibilities: Co-leading with a leadership team of 3 – 4 fellow Assistant Store Managers. Managing a team of 10 - 40+ employees daily Providing consistent and direct feedback, coaching, and guidance to team members. Designing, executing, and tracking training plans Ensuring department and staff have all necessary supplies Create a rewarding environment in which to work, generate a team atmosphere Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques.
