Rental associates are responsible for generating sales through world-class guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment and providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.

Rental associates are responsible for generating sales through world-class guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment and providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience. Responsibilities: Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops Fit guests with equipment - we'll train you! Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options Work together with teammates to maintain safety standard May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales Other duties as assigned Requirements: Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends Commitment to exceptional Customer Service Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods Must be able to communicate fluently in English A Rental Associate team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and…
