Responsibilities: Provide excellent guest service and product knowledge Outfit guests with the latest outdoor gear. Work together with teammates to maintain safety Standards Ensure pricing is accurate and current including any and all promotions Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise Other duties as assigned Requirements: 1+ years of experience. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and lead others. HS Diploma or GED Equivalent Ability to work a flexible schedule; holidays, and weekends. Commitment to exceptional Customer Service. Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods. Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English.
