As the Delivery Coordinator, you are an ambassador of Epic Mountain Rentals Delivery and are instrumental in the success of the delivery team. You will be responsible for total guest satisfaction throughout their reservation, consistently delivering exceptional guest service. We are looking for strong communicators with excellent organizational skills—someone who enjoys planning and logistics. Delivery Coordinators will work closely with their managers, assistant managers, and Delivery Specialists.w Responsibilities: Review and manage incoming reservations in a timely and complete manner. Build delivery schedules based on the reservations and available staff. Be committed to providing exceptional service with a high level of professionalism. Anticipate members’ and guests’ needs and respond knowledgeably and promptly using phone and email. Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry and assist in gear selection. Ability to pivot between assisting guests, teching skis and coordinator tasks.
