As the Experienced Building Maintenance, you will have the ability to make competent decisions while thinking of the customers and resorts interest at all times. This position can cover many departments pertaining to repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance as requested. Vail resorts core values are necessary to succeed in this function.

As the Experienced Building Maintenance, you will have the ability to make competent decisions while thinking of the customers and resorts interest at all times. Requirements: 2-4 year: Trade school; Plumbing, electrical, mechanical, artisan handy man or HVAC, experience required. Microsoft Office Read write and speak English Fluent Public relations Skills, Good administrative and leadership skills Ability to get things done, more than basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, framing knowledge required. Planning, organizing, working independently and controlling are key attributes
