The opportunity

The Rental Lead manages the overall day-to-day operation of all Ski/Snowboard rentals. This position is responsible staff performance, guest service, inventory control, store appearance and financial management. The rental supervisor acts as the manager-on-duty when the manager or assistant manager are absent, and oversees all store operations.

The Rental Lead manages the overall day-to-day operation of all Ski/Snowboard rentals. This position is responsible staff performance, guest service, inventory control, store appearance and financial management. The rental supervisor acts as the manager-on-duty when the manager or assistant manager are absent, and oversees all store operations. Responsibilities: Responsible for opening and closing store Manage retail and rental inventory controls, and meet or exceed inventory goals Enforce company policies and procedures, and loss prevention techniques Demonstrate and maintain a professional standard of guest service Remain current on new industry products and trends, and demonstrate knowledge of products Maintain retail merchandising standards Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise Driving professional development in yourself as well as others Administrative duties Other duties as assigned Manager on duty (when manager or assistant manager or not present), overseeing all aspects of all retail/rental operations Manages through uncertainty and change positively Manages…
