This position oversees all operational aspects of the Transportation and Parking departments.This role ensures parkingand transportation operations operate in an efficient manner, while managing department labor and other expenses. The Assistant Manager orchestrates the base experience with traffic control, parking operations, transportationoperation, health and safety, all while providing the experience of a lifetime to our guests This role works closely withother departments to maintain fleet vehicles, operate equipment, and clear snow and debris from roadways, pathways,stairwells, etc. Responsibilities: Supervise team of leads and line-level employees to fulfill their job duties and provide assistance and guidance asneeded Maintain transportation & parking operations Manage all driver & parking attendant schedules and training requirements Manage all Driver Qualification Files / Records Manage DOT Drug Testing program in accordance with FMCSA & DOT Standards Meet with guests and employees to follow-up on complaints, incidents, and/or accidents Attend meetings across the resort in…
