Alpine/Freestyle/Snowboard Development coaches work to provide quality ski/snowboard instruction and coaching of athlete development to athletes in a safe and fun environment while upholding all aspects of the Skier Responsibility Code, Park SMART and Company guidelines.

Alpine/Freestyle/Snowboard Development coaches work to provide quality ski/snowboard instruction and coaching of athlete development to athletes in a safe and fun environment while upholding all aspects of the Skier Responsibility Code, Park SMART and Company guidelines. Responsibilities include: Upholding the highest levels of guest and personal safety on varied terrain under varying winter weather conditions.; Clearly and accurately instructing assigned levels of skiing or snowboarding to students, both physically and verbally.; Ensuring that athletes are matched to appropriate skier skill level and working with supervisors/managers to make appropriate changes when necessary.; Assisting guests to load and unload the chairlift.
