The Terrain Park Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable terrain park experience for guests. This position monitors park activity, educates guests on terrain park safety and etiquette, assists with terrain feature inspections, and helps maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the terrain park. The attendant serves as a positive ambassador for the resort while promoting a culture of safety and progression. Responsibilities: Monitor terrain park areas to promote safe guest behavior and adherence to resort policies. Educate guests on the Terrain Park Responsibility Code and Smart Style principles. Assist with opening, inspecting, and closing terrain park features daily. Report hazards, damage, maintenance concerns, incidents, and unsafe conditions to supervisors. Maintain fencing, signage, ropes, banners, and park boundaries. Perform light maintenance, snow work, and feature upkeep as directed.
