Knowledge of Vail RPOS system, excellent communication skills, ability to support staff and maintain integrity in the midst of difficult situations, understand risk management and implement a safe working environment. Ability to educate staff about implementing season long program development, understand the needs of the community, ability to create lasting relationships with parents, athletes and staff, be able to ski and ride in all weather conditions. Understanding of the Outdoor Recreation industry with willingness to learn develop and grow. Ability to learn from mistakes. Requirements: High School Diploma. Ability to read/write and communicate in English. A minimum of 2 years experience working for a Ski and Ride School. PSIA/AASI certification (preferred). Proficiency with MS Office. Exceptional guest service skills. Exceptional organizational skills. Preferred skills: Previous supervisory experience. Proficiency with RPOS. The ability to communicate in Spanish.
