The Terrain Park Assistant Manager supports the daily operation, maintenance, and safety of all terrain parks and freestyle features. This position assists with supervision of Terrain Park Attendants, ensuring compliance with company standards, maintaining an exceptional guest experience, and supporting the planning, construction, and upkeep of terrain park features.

The Terrain Park Assistant Manager supports the daily operation, maintenance, and safety of all terrain parks and freestyle features. Responsibilities include: Assist the Terrain Park Manager with hiring, training, scheduling of terrain park staff; Serve as acting supervisor in the absence of the Terrain Park Manager; Assist with tracking labor, materials and supplies while maintaining accurate reporting and documentation related to terrain park operations; Supervise Terrain Park Attendants and provide coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing development.
