The Assistant Manager, Winter Activities will support the daily operation of the resort's winter activities program (including tubing and other activity areas). This role is responsible for operational direction across the team — staffing, facility readiness, equipment maintenance, opening and closing procedures, and guest experience — while directly monitoring safety and quality across all activity areas.

Responsibilities include: Be familiar with and adhere to the policies and procedures of the resort handbook and best practices; Support activities in daily operations across all activity areas, including ticket redemption; Responsible for guest and employee safety including compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures, daily operational logs, and emergency response; Actively foresee, plan for, and mitigate hazards or risks across all activity areas.
