Responsibilities: Meet and greet guests while delivering a warm, enthusiastic, and professional first impression. Embody the resort’s brand and service culture as a front-line ambassador in all guest interactions. Operate an Express Lift Ticket Pickup handheld device to provide efficient, seamless service and reduce wait times.
