Responsible for providing high-end customer service and supporting overall store operations. The Assistant Manager directly oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations and the routine work of Rental Associates. This role upholds business standards, exercises elevated decision-making authority, and serves as a knowledgeable representative of our brand while driving a positive culture within the rental shop. The Assistant Manager also fulfills day-to-day operational responsibilities as needed to support the organization. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the Rental Shop to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest‑focused service. Support the Manager in opening/closing procedures, staffing assignments, and workflow management. Ensure equipment inventory (skis, snowboards, boots, helmets, etc.) is organized, maintained, and rotated properly. Monitor rental flow to reduce wait times and improve guest experience.
