To administer aspects of new, existing and resigning Vail Mountain Club memberships, membership communication, work closely with sales team and front desk management. To maintain member records and assist with member services to maintain an elite club environment for the clubhouse operation. Timely and accurate interdepartmental communication to enhance the member experience. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to interfacing with Club Operational management duties as assigned and support for member activities and events. Requirements: Office Administration, Event and Activities Programming, Group Sales and Services Supervisory Experience Word, Excel, Publisher, Jonas, Emma, Peoplesoft, Guest Connect, Coupa, Direct Connect English proficiency Enthusiastic, outgoing and highly organized person capable of handling a large volume of detailed and multi-dimensional tasks, knowledge of Vail Valley,outdoor activities, and a self-starter Preferred: College Degree Previous Private Club Experience
