About the Role
Camp Sewataro, a day camp in Sudbury, Massachusetts, is hiring waterfront staff for summer 2027, including Lifeguard & Swim Counselors and Dedicated Lifeguards.
Lifeguard & Swim Counselors lead swim lessons, supervise free swim and help campers build confidence in the water; they also join an assigned camper group for arrival, lunch, special events and closing. Dedicated Lifeguards focus on surveillance and safety coverage, with a shorter workday. Waterfront staff must hold or obtain current lifeguarding, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications before starting, and Sewataro provides a free certification course in June. The 2027 camp season runs June 28 – August 20. Transportation is available from Metro Boston and surrounding MetroWest towns.
