Terms of Service

Effective September 29, 2026 · Privacy Policy

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using Seasonly, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Seasonly is intended for people 18 or older. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. If you act for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Seasonly does

Seasonly is a marketplace for seasonal employment opportunities. Job seekers may create profiles, search and apply; employers may post jobs, review applicants, and communicate through the platform. Seasonly is not the employer, recruiter of record, or a party to an employment agreement between users. We do not promise interviews, offers, hires, qualifications, or the accuracy of user-submitted information. Verify listings and people independently before sharing sensitive information or accepting work.

3. Job seekers

Keep your profile, qualifications, certifications, availability, screening answers and applications truthful and current. You are responsible for deciding whether a job and employer are suitable, including reviewing pay, working conditions, housing, travel and any required licenses. Applying does not guarantee a response or employment. Do not include government IDs, financial account details or other unnecessary sensitive information in messages or applications.

4. Employers

You are responsible for lawful, accurate job descriptions, compensation, hiring decisions, worker classification, wages, workplace safety, permits, taxes and compliance with employment, anti-discrimination and privacy laws. Obtain appropriate permission before using candidate information and use it only for legitimate hiring related to the role. Do not sell, scrape, disclose unnecessarily, or use applicant information for unrelated marketing. Listings may be reviewed before publication; approval or a verified badge is not an endorsement or guarantee. We may reject or remove inaccurate, unsafe or unlawful listings.

5. Payments and subscriptions

A job listing subscription is $20 per month per job. Optional promotion has a separate monthly budget selected from $1 to $500 per job; $50 is a suggestion, not a requirement. The checkout shows the actual charge, taxes if applicable, and billing terms before payment. Stripe processes payments; Seasonly does not store full card numbers. Paying for a listing does not guarantee approval, applicants, placement or a hire. Paid listings enter review before publication. Promotion affects placement only for eligible, approved listings after verified payment. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation or a plan change takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; access remains through that period and no automatic prorated refund is issued. Contact us about billing errors or legally required refunds. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.

6. Conduct and content

Do not post discriminatory, misleading, fraudulent, illegal, harassing or spam content; impersonate others; ask for improper fees or sensitive credentials; interfere with the service; or automate scraping or unsolicited bulk outreach. You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Seasonly a nonexclusive license to host, display, process and share it as needed to operate the service: for example, showing a listing publicly or sharing an application with the relevant employer. You represent that you have the rights to provide that content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten users or the service.

7. Messaging and outside links

In-site messages are for legitimate hiring communication. Recipients can see messages sent to them, and we may access messages when necessary to investigate abuse, comply with law or support the service. External sites, including linked news articles and employer sites, are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control or endorse their content.

8. Availability and limitations

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that it will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Seasonly disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from platform use, third-party actions or hiring decisions. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for your own conduct and compliance with law.

9. Changes and ending use

We may change the service or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where practicable; the updated effective date will be shown here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using the service at any time; stopping use does not itself cancel an active paid subscription. We may limit or end access for violations, fraud, legal obligations or safety reasons. Provisions that logically survive account closure, including payment obligations, content rights needed for existing records and liability limitations, remain in effect.

10. Questions

For questions about these Terms, use the contact details made available by Seasonly when provided. Review our Privacy Policy for information about your data. These Terms do not override mandatory consumer, labor or privacy protections that apply where you live.
