Responsible for supervising school operations, Ski School Supervisors are devoted leaders committed to staff development and guest experience Responsibilities include: Oversee daily instruction at Ski and Ride School including curriculum development, scheduling, and assigning classes providing support with instruction as needed; Assist with administrative duties including hiring, scheduling, training, payroll, managing equipment inventory and reporting on guest feedback; Monitor and document instructor performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction, including recognition, correction action, or escalation if necessary; Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
