The opportunity

The Activities Team Lead will oversee the daily operation of the resort's tubing and coaster operation. This lead is responsible for the operational direction of their area including staffing, facility readiness, equipment maintenance, opening and closing procedures, guest experience, and more. In this position, you will be responsible for directly monitoring the safety and overall quality of the tubing operation.

The Activities Team Lead will oversee the daily operation of the resort's tubing and coaster operation. This lead is responsible for the operational direction of their area including staffing, facility readiness, equipment maintenance, opening and closing procedures, guest experience, and more. In this position, you will be responsible for directly monitoring the safety and overall quality of the tubing operation. Responsibilities include: Be familiar with and adhere to the policies and procedures of the resort handbook and the best practices; Responsible for the daily operation of all Activities within their assigned area including ticket redemption; Responsible for guest and employee safety including compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures, daily operational logs, and emergency response.; Actively foresee, plan for, and mitigate any hazards or risks associated with their activity area.
