The Adventure Center Lead will be a daily operational leader of an activity or activities. This lead is responsible for the operational direction of their area including staffing, facility readiness, equipment maintenance, opening and closing procedures, guest experience, and more! In this position, you will be responsible for directly monitoring the safety and overall quality of the activities operation. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older At least 1 year of Guest Service Experience Min. 1 Years previous Leadership experience in a dynamic operational setting Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to work outdoors for up to 10 hours in various weather conditions Ability to lift and carry 100lbs Excellent guest service Must be able to read, write, speak, comprehend, and understand English fluently Ability to work the entire length of the season Satisfactory motor vehicle check and a valid driver's license The role you are being hired into requires further background check clearances by the State of Pennsylvania, which will need to be completed before you can…
