The Lead Terrain Park Crew will deliver the Terrain Park experience for our employees and guests. This individual is responsible for the team's supervision, training, scheduling, and motivation. The team lead terrain park crew will perform a daily risk management assessment of the venue including the design/construction and layout of features and placement and integrity of all animation and signage. Requirements: Must have 2 years of education Minimum of 5 years of terrain park experience Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience Must have a valid driver's license Ability to work outside in alpine environment Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Must have own ski or ride equipment The role you are being hired into requires further background check clearances by the State of Pennsylvania, which will need to be completed before you can begin work.
