Windsor Mountain Summer Camp in Windsor, New Hampshire, is hiring Wilderness Trip Leaders for summer 2027 to lead 3-day overnight trips for campers ages 8–16 throughout New England.

Trip leaders plan and run trips that may include hiking, camping, climbing, swimming, kayaking and canoeing, keeping campers safe while cooking and teaching outdoor skills. Between trips they live and work at the overnight camp and help with daily activities. WFR or WFA certification is required, and Windsor Mountain will help applicants obtain it before the summer. The camp says the role can be made into a paid internship, which outdoor education students often use toward their careers. Pay is $3,500–$4,500 depending on experience, and the posting lists a June 6, 2027 start. Housing and meals are provided to camp staff.
