We are a special needs summer camp based in Rindge, NH. We are about an hour from Boston and 4 hours by train from New York City! We work with campers with social, emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges. We look like a typical summer camp on the outside, but our culture and structure help campers succeed here at camp! We hire staff from all over the world and would love to provide a different kind of experience for someone looking to work with kids this summer! We also have a 1:1 camper-to-staff ratio, meaning there are just as many staff as campers to help ease the workload. We host staff nights out and late nights to regularly provide fun activities and bonding time. On days off, we provide group activities or local travel options to get time off-site. We offer food, housing, and laundry services throughout the summer at no cost to you! We have a staff vending machine and a camp store for any snacks or camp gear you may need! Whether you have experience working with kids or not, no prior experience is required. We offer 2.5 weeks of training to make sure you know what to expect before campers arrive. When you sign on to the team, we send out a packet of information you may need before your arrival at camp to answer any questions you may have. Any unanswered questions can be directed to Jamie, who is always willing to chat! We will also have a group chat to connect our staff from all over the world and get to know your team before you arrive! We are so excited to meet you!
