Camp Starfish
Summer Camp Counselor & Specialist
Working at Camp Starfish is an active, emotionally rich, and purposeful summer experience. We are a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering the success and personal growth of children (ages 5–17) navigating emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges.
As a Summer Camp Counselor & Specialist, you will live and work alongside campers, offering 1:1 and small-group attention within a structured, nurturing, and high-energy environment. You will participate directly in camp traditions, lead outdoor games, manage behaviors using proprietary Starfish Tools, and help campers build lasting coping and social skills.
