Terrain Park Attendants help create and maintain freestyle terrain environments around the mountain to provide reasonably safe and enjoyable experiences for guests.

As a Mountain Activities Attendant, your role is to provide Epic guest service as you guide our guests through an amazing Snow Tubing experience. The Activities Team Lead will oversee the daily operation of the resort's tubing and coaster operation. This lead is responsible for the operational direction of their area including staffing, facility readiness, equipment maintenance, opening and closing procedures, guest experience, and more. In this position, you will be responsible for directly monitoring the safety and overall quality of the tubing operation.

The Terrain Park Assistant Manager supports the daily operation, maintenance, and safety of all terrain parks and freestyle features. This position assists with supervision of Terrain Park Attendants, ensuring compliance with company standards, maintaining an exceptional guest experience, and supporting the planning, construction, and upkeep of terrain park features.

The Assistant Manager, Winter Activities will support the daily operation of the resort's winter activities program (including tubing and other activity areas). This role is responsible for operational direction across the team — staffing, facility readiness, equipment maintenance, opening and closing procedures, and guest experience — while directly monitoring safety and quality across all activity areas.

Ski School Support Staff employees work in a fun high paced indoor/outdoor environment supporting all functions of ski/snowboard school operations outside of instruction. The role has high guest interaction supporting children's programming, rental operations, guest check-in/out, lesson scanning, and lesson area lift operations.

As a Snowmaker, you will brave the elements and help build out the mountain for the skiing guest. Snowmaking is a physically demanding and exciting job. Work with some of the most fascinating equipment on the mountain, and make it snow!

The Lift Experience Team’s mission is to provide employees and guests with a seamless end-to-end experience from maze entrance to lift unloading. As a Lift Operator on the Lift Experience team, you are the copilot and concierge responsible for the safe operation of a multi-million-dollar machine.

As a Ticket Checker, you will play an essential role in creating an experience of a lifetime for our guests on the Lift Experience Team. The Lift Experience Team’s mission is to provide employees and guests with a seamless end-to-end experience from maze entrance to lift unloading. As a Ticket Checker, you will primarily work in the lift mazes by greeting guests by name and validating their access every time.
