Join an 18-person lifeguard team on a private lake, help teach swim and watersports, and serve as a general counselor when off the waterfront.

Birchmont’s waterfront team delivers instructional swim and watersports including waterskiing, wakeboarding, sailing, tubing, kayaking, canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding. The camp says all lifeguards are supported through the New Hampshire Boat License test and can lead and instruct across activity areas. Experience with open-water swimming, lifeguarding and at least one extended activity is preferred. Lifeguards also serve as general counselors with their assigned group. Pay is not listed.
