Teach waterski, wakeboarding and kneeboarding behind four Malibu boats on Lake Ashmere. From $2,300 plus travel, room and board.

Danbee hires 6–8 boat drivers/instructors and 3–4 instructors for waterski, wakeboarding, kneeboarding and tubing with four Malibu ski boats; extensive knowledge of the sport is required. You serve a dual role as cabin counselor (living with one to three co-counselors and 10–12 campers) and program instructor, preparing and leading lessons in your area. Male instructors do not live in cabins with campers and take on other duties outside instruction. Danbee says salary starts at $2,300 for a college freshman and increases from there, plus a travel allowance, room, board and staff T-shirts; paid internship credit can be arranged with your college.
