Mentor gifted middle and high school students at Drury University’s summer residential programs. This immersive role is a rewarding opportunity for educators to act as a role model and counselor for a small group of high-ability students.

As a Residential Teacher, you will live on campus and supervise a group of 12-15 students in a university setting. Your primary duties involve managing student life outside of class, including arranging recreational activities, leading group meetings, and attending to their daily needs. This is an immersive, live-in position with demanding hours, including full-time weekend duty and being on-call overnight on weekdays. The role requires being an enthusiastic team player who can serve as a counselor and positive role model for bright young people.
