Description
Lead an age group of campers at an outdoor adventure camp focused on Jewish values and environmental education. This role is ideal for educators skilled in mentoring young people and fostering growth in a non-competitive setting.
As an Age Group Lead (Rosh Edah), you will be a key member of the camp’s leadership team, responsible for a specific division of campers. You will guide and mentor counselors while creating a safe, supportive, and non-competitive community rooted in Jewish values. Your role involves overseeing camper development and facilitating meaningful connections through outdoor adventures and shared experiences. You will help educate and inspire young Jewish leaders who are environmentally literate and committed to community. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
